Delivery Information

Logistics Partner

We are proud to partner with OTO, the leading delivery aggregator in the MENA region, to ensure your orders from Next Look Sports reach you safely and quickly across Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3–7 business days across the Kingdom.
Note: Remote areas or heavy items may require additional time.

Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically by OTO based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Orders: Calculated at checkout.
  • Orders Exceeding 200 SAR: Delivery is free for orders with a total value of more than 200 SAR.

Changing and Cancelling Orders

Once you have clicked the ‘Place Order’ button, our system sends the request to OTO for immediate dispatch processing. Therefore, no changes can be made to:

  • Items or sizes
  • Billing/delivery address
  • Shipping method
  • Adding additional items

If you made a mistake, please follow the returns process after receiving the item. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchange Policy

This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  1. Returns: Accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Exchanges: Allowed within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Products may be exchanged only once.
  4. The exchange value must be equal to or higher than the original purchase.
  5. Items must be in new, resalable condition, and in original packaging (especially shoe boxes).
  6. Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept undergarments, socks, swimwear, or water bottles unless defective.
  7. Refunds: Issued via the original payment method. It may take up to 5-21 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
  8. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, shipping charges will be refunded.

Cost of Returns

For orders delivered within Saudi Arabia, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost via OTO or their preferred courier, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during the shipping process.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Ensure your product is in original condition with the receipt.

Step 2: Contact us via email or phone (details below).

Step 3: We will review your request. If eligible, we will provide instructions for the handover to our OTO courier partners.

Step 4: Once received and inspected (3-7 business days), your refund or exchange will be processed.

Company Rights

Next Look Sports reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • Payment is delayed or declined.
  • The buyer fails to receive the product from the OTO courier.
  • The product is found to be defective/unavailable in inventory (Full refund applies).

Refusal of Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns for items unfit for resale, used items, or requests made outside the allowable timeframe.
